Welcome to my yoga site!

Thru yoga, It is my intention to help you shed layers in order to get to know your true self, the pure light inside. Physical, mental and emotional layers build up from stress, change, trauma and several other happenings in our day to day lives. So much of our lives are spent worrying about the future or re-living the past. In yoga the mind stays present by focusing on the breath and feeling each movement with complete awareness. The goal is to live in the present moment and to be content with who we are in that moment. This life is a gift, enjoy it!

I began dancing at the age of 3. Yes, 3! I fell in love with it and pursued it professionally in Los Angeles. I also taught dance for 10 years all over the United States. After 22 years of dancing, I discovered the amazing benefits of Yoga. I've been practicing yoga for 9 years. My certification is from Mukti Yoga and the fabulous Julie Rader. Other master teachers whom I have trained with include Seane Corn and Maty Ezraty. I teach at several studios in Southern California. My focus is on breath and body allignment while creating a fun challenging flow.
